Heather & Cory E-session

I was a little worried when I woke up yesterday, knowing that I had an engagement session in the afternoon. It was cool and windy, but my brave couple and I decided to go ahead anyway. Except for the gusty wind it was a great day.

Heather and Cory were a lot of fun. I knew we were going to have a good time when I chatted with them on the phone Thursday night and they were even more energetic in person. In fact, I think I joked at one point that I was blushing a little.
They also brought their very cute, very active puppy along for a few family shots.

Thanks for sticking it out guys. Enjoy your sneak peek!

Lily

It's always a blessing to meet people who you can tell instantly are in love with each other. That's exactly what I felt when I met Lily and her parents.

This is one very lucky little girl whose parents definitely dote on her.

Melissa & Cory E-session

I met up with Melissa and Cory last week for an engagement session.

Melissa had been dress shopping in Newfoundland on the weekend before our session and while she was gone all of the leaves decided to drop from the trees. We managed to find a few spots with some leaves so they could get a little bit of the fall colour.

I look forward to working with you guys on your big day in July!

Engagement session

After having to reschedule due to rain, I met up with Tanya and Chad down in Waterways on Thanksgiving Monday. It was one of the few places left where I found some leaves for great fall shots.

I loved that they were also up for doing anything I suggested. While he was a little hesitant at first, I won him over by the end.

Thanks for a great afternoon and good luck with your wedding!

Kolmel Family

I know Wade, Melissa and their two children Jordan and Sydney from Keyano College, as well as volunteer work I've done with the Pink Ribbon Run and the Keyano College Huskies.

It's funny how you can get so wrapped up in all of your own stuff, so much so that you don't know what's going on with other people. That's why I was surprised when I got an email from Melissa saying that she was pregnant and about ready to deliver their third child.
Of course I didn't hesitate when she asked me to take some family photos for them.

I'm glad I was able to be there to help document your growing family.

Courteney & Perry - E-Session

My apologies for taking so long to blog from last week.

Here are some photos from last Sunday afternoon of a great couple - Courteney and Perry. Their little puppy even joined us for part of the shoot.

Thank goodness we had a lovely afternoon.
